Can tickets be refunded?

According to WAO Superclub’s Events Ticketing Policy, all ticket purchases are non-refundable.

Staff or security can ask a person to leave if they are unduly intoxicated, with no refund. Management reserves the right to refuse entry.

If an event has to be postponed due to Government Policy or Health orders arising from COVID-19, a credit note/ voucher will be offered to ticket holders. This credit can be used towards any of our events within 12 months of issue.


Is there a dress code?

Please follow our STRICT dress code policy below to avoid issues upon entry - no refunds will be issued for non-compliance.

No hats, singlets, thongs, sportswear or lad attire are permitted. ALL hats and bags/backpacks (including man bags, bumbags) must be cloaked at the downstairs lobby cloakroom, and may not be brought upstairs into the venue.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for tattoos that may be deemed offensive or culturally insensitive (we recommend tattoos to be covered). Guests arriving intoxicated will not be admitted entry, with no refund.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry.


Do you have a cloak room?

Yes, we have a cloakroom located on Level 2 at the top of the stairs. WAO Superclub does not accept any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items from the cloakroom. All items are cloaked at your own risk. Upon cloaking your item, you fully accept these terms and conditions.

Any other items or personal belongings recovered on the night will be returned to ivy lost and found. Please contact ivy reception to enquire whether your item has been located.
